Vintage Shakespeare President II 2810 DE spin reel
This spin reel was made in the USA in 1976 only and weighs 12.3 ounces. It is in very good used condition mechanically, & physically it looks good with some paint wear spot on the body and rotor housing, everything works really good. It comes with a black colored metal body, good bail, very smooth drag, good anti-reverse, and super smooth gears. It has a 3.7/1 gear ratio and will hold 250 yards of 8 lb. test, it is a good quality reel, and is rated a 6 1/2 on a scale from 1 to 10. The oil soaked leather drag washers were the best at the time & the roller has a teflon sleeve that works like a bearing. This reel was only made for one year for the bicentennial.
