VINTAGE SHAKESPEARE 1961 CRITERION MODEL GA LEVELWIND CASTING FISHING REEL CIRCA 1930s
Shakespeare CRITERION No. 1961 Model GA Circa – 1930s. This reel features a spectacular engraved fishing scene on both front and back plates and is considered a Shakespeare favorite. The reel is in perfect working order and is in great condition for its age. The engraved handle with the green grips are both beautiful and spin extremely free and just seem to make this reel sparkle. The foot is free of any defects and clearly shows patented and made in the USA underneath.
This reel is in great condition cosmetically and mechanically. It cranks very smoothly and has a strong crisp clicker.
