This is a great casting rod for fishing 20 to 30 pound test line. Team this rod up with a Jigmaster 500 or a 3/0 size reel. Terrific for a flylining anchovies or sardines. Use this rod for albacore, school-sized yellowfin and bluefin tuna, yellowtail, wahoo or for shallow water rock fish. You can also use it on the flats for snook and redfish.
