These split ring pliers are made out of chrome plated steel with vinyl coated handles. They are used for opening and installing split rings on hooks and lures, very useful! Unique hook nose opens even the smallest split rings easily for most freshwater sized rings, all the way up to the extra large big-game and saltwater rings.
