This is a new old stock Newell graphite speed clamp Newell Part Number SC-10 for Newell 220 and Newell 322 size fishing reels. This Newell graphite rod clamp will fit the Newell reel base part number RB-1 . It will secure your fishing reel to a fishing rod with a diameter of 3/4 to 1 and 1/64 inches. The holes in the clamp are 1 and 5/16 inches apart measuring from center to center.
