NEWELL PART NO. P3-23 RED NYLON HANDLE LOCK WASHERS, SET OF 2 OF THEM
This is a very rare and hard to find part for Newell fishing reels. This washer goes between the arm of the handle and the handle nut. It is used on many different model Newell reels including but not limited to the older G series and P Series reels.
