This is a Newell graphite star drag assembly Newell part number 3-15G for Newell 200 and 300 Series fishing reels. This is a new old stock graphite star drag wheel that shows minor shelf wear and would rate a 9 1/2 on a scale from 1 to 10. It is approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
