These are custom made/precision made Newell stainless steel bearing cups that are made out of 316 stainless steel. They come complete with the o-rings and with a pair of stainless steel shims/bearing spacers for allowing you to center the spool for the best possible adjustment of your spool and free spool plus a pair of high quality high speed Japanese stainless steel ball bearings to give you a big improvement over the stock Newell bearings significantly improving your free spool capabilities. The Newell part numbers are U-1L, U-1R, U-2 and U-6.
