APPLICATIONS:

This is a great reel for fishing the iron and Wahoo bombs. This reel can be used for fishing for Tuna, Wahoo and Yellowtail using 40 to 50 pound test line. You can also use this reel for bottom fishing for Black Seabass, Grouper and Halibut. It has the very rare and hard to find “Wahoo Special” conversion kit made by Tiburon that utilizes the solid Tiburon frame which allows this reel to twist less and cast better than the “Wahoo Special” conversion kit made by Newell in my opinion. This is a fantastic fishing reel that won’t disappoint.
