The 1994 Upper Deck Mickey Mantle / Ken Griffey Jr. Dual Autograph (#GM1) is widely celebrated as one of the most iconic and highly coveted insert cards in modern hobby history. High-grade pack-pulled examples featuring verified signatures from both baseball legends command substantial five-figure sums on the secondary market. There were only 1,000 total copies of these cards.

According to tracking data from GemRate and major auction house consensus, PSA has only authenticated and encapsulated a tiny fraction of the original 1,000 dual-signed cards: 
  • Total Dual-Autograph Graded Population: ~149 total copies
  • PSA 9 (Mint): Fewer than 5 copies exist globally.
  • PSA 8 (Near Mint-Mint): Roughly 15 to 20 copies exist in the total population.
  • PSA 10 (Gem Mint): 0 copies. No card has ever achieved a perfect PSA 10 grade.

The card is graded an 8 near mint-mint condition and the autograph is graded a 9 mint condition. 

Just Graded September 2026.
 
Stunning clean card, with perfectly placed autographs.
 
This is a PACK PULLED dual signed card, not one where Griffey signed afterwards.
Those are easy to tell. The Griffey autographs are smaller in size, and the black marker is much thicker.
You will notice those on Ebay. The Mantle was signed and people had Griffey sign afterwards.
