This is a Newell graphite star drag wheel assembly Newell part number 4-15GE for Newell 400, 500 and 600 Series fishing reels. Newell part number 4-15GE for early model Newell 400 G series reels. This star drag assembly has the spacing sleeve attached to it from the factory so it is actually like two parts in one. It is approximately 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
This is a graphite star drag wheel that is in very good condition. (See Pictures)
