This is a complete Newell “Wahoo Special” conversion kit for your Penn Master Mariner 349 fishing reel. The spool is a black anodized aluminum and is brand new never used. The 3 support posts are graphite and appear to be new old stock. The reel base and rod rod clamp are lightly used. It will make your reel wider giving it a lot more line capacity. Your reel will be lighter and cast much better than ever before with superior improved free spool and castability. This kit includes a Newell aluminum spool, 3 Newell graphite support posts, an aluminum reel base and an aluminum rod clamp with stainless steel screws.
