This is a complete Newell “Wahoo Special” conversion kit for your Penn Master Mariner 349 fishing reel. All of the components are black anodized aluminum. It will make your reel wider giving it a lot more line capacity. Your reel will be lighter and cast much better than ever before with superior improved free spool and castability. This kit includes a Newell aluminum spool, 3 Newell aluminum support posts, an aluminum reel base and an aluminum rod clamp with stainless steel screws.
