NEWELL S338-3.6 CONVENTIONAL FISHING REEL REFURBISHED
FEATURES:
- Newell S338-3.6 Low Speed model upgraded with new Newell 5:1 gears (Low Speed 3.6:1 gear set is also included so you get an extra set of gears with this reel)*
- All new drag washer kit including new carbon fiber drag washers, new stainless steel metal drag washers and a new hard fiber washer under the main gear
- Upgraded with stainless steel bearing cap instead of the stock plastic bearing cap
- Graphite side plates, support posts and spool
- Graphite reel base with stainless steel foot
- Graphite rod clamp with new stainless steel rod clamp screws
- Very nice free spool
- The gears were a little bit noisy when turning the handle fast which is typical of some of the Newell reels but still worked fine so I replaced them with a set of new Newell 5:1 gears.
- Completely disassembled, cleaned and serviced on August 6, 2020 *
