This is a graphite reel base Newell part number RB-YF complete for the Penn “Yellowfin Special” reel that is an extra wide Penn Jigmaster 500 and Newell 344 fishing reels. This item includes the graphite reel base, the graphite speed clamp and 2 stainless steel screws. It is in excellent previously owned condition and I would rate it a 9 1/2 on a scale from 1 to 10.
