NEWELL PART NO. 4-15GE STAR DRAG WHEEL WITH SPACING SLEEVE
This is a previously owned graphite star drag assembly Newell part number 4-15GE for early model Newell 400 G series reels. This star drag assembly has the spacing sleeve attached to it from the factory so it is actually like two parts in one. I would rate this star drag wheel a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. It is approximately 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
