A comparable Elec-Tra-Mate 12 volt DC motor like this one is Model 920-XP which retails for $739.99 new. This one needs some parts and some work to get it going. I checked with Elec-Tra-Mate and the parts and labor to get this baby like new would be:
1. New switch case:
The switch case is two parts. I am listing the parts below that you will need.

15-1420CB Casing Bolt for Switch Housing $3.00
2. New right side housing:
16-1416R Right side housing $150.00
The right side housing is the side that attaches to the reel.
