- Vintage collectible Pflueger Atlapac 6/0 fishing reel
- These fishing reels are mostly handmade and are of the highest quality and craftsmanship
- They are greatly under rated and I would compare these to Vom Hofe and Kovalfsky fishing reels in quality and craftsmanship
- There is no sweeter sound in the world than when you slowly turn that handle and those double dogs click like angels singing! Then you engage the rear clicker and,,, oh my god! It makes Swiss music box makers green with envy! Each one built like a Sherman tank to boot!
- Well, the Atlapac does have the thumb-engaging super brake that could stop a Great White-or break your line! That item alone is worth a hundred bucks.
- Nickel German Silver parts
- Additional braking mechanism on the tailplate of the spool that is activated by pulling the large lever. That brake was a pretty nice piece of machinery and amazing how they fit it into the same tailplate as the other reels.
Two pairs of harness lugs - Very unique and beautiful star drag wheel with knobs on the end of each spoke
- Extra large counterbalanced handle with bicycle knob
- Circa 1930s fishing reel
- Restoration including disassembly, cleaning and polishing of the reel on June 15, 2018
