APPLICATIONS:

This is a really nice vintage Truline rod that has a lot of backbone. You can definitely fish 30 to 40 pound test line on this rod no problem. It has a gold ferrule about 12 inches from the winding check and has the action of a true one-piece rod. You would never know it is 2-piece rod if you wrapped over the ferrule. Great conventional fishing rod.
