This is an excellent stand-up rod for fishing 25 to 40 pound test line. A great rod for tuna, yellowtail, wahoo and bottom fishing. A Jigmaster 500 or a 4/0 size reel would match this fishing rod perfectly. This is a very good rod for casting for tuna, yellowtail and wahoo or for bottom fishing for grouper and cod.
