This is a Penn counterbalanced handle with a black torpedo shaped knob Penn part number 24-66 for many different Penn fishing reels. It will fit the Penn Jigmaster, the Penn Squidder, the Penn Long Beach reels and the Penn Senator 1/0, 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0 reels with the black sideplates. It will also fit many other various Penn fishing reels.
