APPLICATIONS:
This is a rare vintage collectible Shimano Triton Salt Water Series fishing rods that is a serious heavy duty rod with a lot of backbone. This rod is a real workhorse that you can fish 25 to 50 pound test line on. A Shimano TLD 15, 20 or 25 size reel would work great on this fishing rod or any other reel that is 2/0 to 4/0 size. This fishing rod is great for trolling, live bait fishing and jig fishing throwing the iron.
You can use it for Cobia, Stripers, Billfish, Dorado, Kingfish, Tuna, Yellowtail, Wahoo, Grouper and Sea Bass fishing. This is a super nice classic vintage rod that is in really good shape for its age.
