All of our merchandise is shipped via UPS ground or via USPS priority mail.

All of the merchandise is professionally packaged and is shipped within 5 days from receiving the correct amount for your items. We always try to combine shipping for more than one item.

We are totally confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

  • In stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3 to 6  business days after your order is processed.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Allow 1 to 2 days additional for Alaska and Hawaii. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!
  • Shipments to more than 1 address require shipping and handling charges for each address.
  • No international orders please.
  • For Fishing Rods or Rod and Reel combo flat rate shipping has to be selected.
  • For oversize or overweight items please contact us for shipping costs.

  • All fishing rods will be shipped as a flat rate price of $29.95, which includes the $8.00 for the reusable airliner rod tube.

Payment

Payment is due within 5 days of the end of the auction.  If for some reason you cannot meet this requirement, please contact meet to explain why not.  We accept Paypal, personal checks and cashier’s checks for payment.

Returns & refunds:

All items are descriped with as much detail as possible and as accuratly as possible. We also take several pictures of the item so you can see what you are getting. We try to rate most of our items on a 1 to 10 scale. 1 being bad condition, 5 being in average condition and 10 being in perfect brand new condition. If you have any questions about the item whatsoever, please feel free to call me at (951) 259 – 2937 or at (951) 695 – 1501 or you can email me at info@berinsontackle.com , I will respond to your questions as soon as possible. We have never had an item returned & we want to eliminate any returns by making sure that you the customer are satisfied with your purchace. So again if you are not 100% sure of hte item, it’s description & the condition of the item please call or email us with any & all questions that you may have. All returns must be received by us in no later than 14 days from the day you received your item from us in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was shipped out in. The buyer will have to pay for return shipping. Returns are not good for the buyer or seller so we want to eliminate  any returns so everyone is happy and satisfied with the transaction.

Our merchandise is manufactured to a high quality standard and is checked before it is packaged and shipped. Should your merchandise be damaged or broken, please return it for a replacement or refund. If the merchandise is damaged after delivery then the responsibility will not be ours.

If you are not satisfied or want to return the product we have to charge a 30% restocking fee. All returned items are accepted as long as the product is sent back in the original box or packaging and has not been used or damaged in any way.
1. Please contact us via email, fax or phone notifying us that you will be returning  an item. If it is damaged please include a picture of the article so we can assess the damage.

2. We will contact you with confirmation that the article should be returned.

3. Return the article in it’s original box and packaging including a copy of your original invoice.

4. Send the article via USPS priority mail or UPS ground insured with delivery confirmation to our location at the following address:
